The story
A residence hotel unlike any other.
Eden Islands was born from a simple observation: in Marseille, luxury hospitality focused on the Old Port while the most pleasant neighbourhoods to live in — Borély, Prado, Périer — remained without a real high-end address.
At 32 boulevard Michelet, we restored a 1930s building into a private residence with apartments across four categories. Restored architecture, contemporary interiors, and a full hotel service — 24/7 concierge, housekeeping, laundry, breakfast delivery.
Our house remains human-scale, by choice. Four categories only, so that every stay benefits from full and undivided attention. That is our definition of luxury: the absence of mass, the rightness of detail.
